You will be responsible for:

• Content development of marketing assets such as blog, whitepapers, technical articles, and more.
• Collaborate with product management on the development of product positioning and messaging
• Promote communication of the ScriptRunner solution and its benefits across all channels, including events, website(s), newsletters, social media, et al.
• Understand the needs of our sales team and provide content/training to support the team, including market knowledge, product knowledge, value selling (ROI), etc.
• Combine technical expertise and marketing in a meaningful way 
• Working in an agile team
  
  

Your Background:

• You have a successfully completed degree in business information systems, marketing, media/communication sciences or a comparable education.
• You have a strong understanding of product marketing in the B2B software sector.
• You enjoy working your way through specialist topics and also feel comfortable creating editorial content.
• You have an affinity for words and images and the ability to transform complex topics into catchy messages. 
• You have strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• You have experience in the development and operational implementation of content marketing concepts, as well as practical experience in content creation
• You are creative and full of ideas

• New customer acquisition up to contract conclusion with the help of the world’s leading contact database
• Expansion of cooperation with existing customers (upselling and renewal)
• Communicate the benefits of our Automation solution to prospects and customers – focus on North America
• Working closely with our colleagues in the Customer Success team to provide optimal service to our customers
• Fun and pleasure in communicating in English - Native speaker preferred
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Technical or commercial studies or comparable training
• At least 5 years of experience in IT sales with customers from the larger midmarket/enterprise environment
• Good knowledge of the IT environment with a focus on IT infrastructures and IT operations
• Exceptionally good written and spoken German and English skills
