We are a multitalented team. We are Gen X, Y and Z. We are small town dudes and city dwellers, car enthusiasts and cyclists. We live in single households and in the hustle and bustle of a big family. We are cat lovers and dog owners. We have loved ones on the other side of the world, and we live next-door to our parents. We are outdoor enthusiasts and avid gamers. We love the days in our home offices, and we cannot wait to see our colleagues on-site again.
We are multifaceted, with different backgrounds and strengths – and together, we are one great team.

From trainees to senior professionals, we share our knowledge with each other: In everyday conversations, sometimes rather informally, other times in our official LEARN sessions. We have established a respectful feedback culture as for us, direct and honest discussions are cornerstones of our success as a team.
