Changing permissions on directories or files is a permanent task, e.g. as part of onboarding or by changing departments. However, these are tasks that can be completed more quickly by the service desk or the specialist department. Unfortunately, security requirements stand in your way.
If the Service Desk or the specialist departments themselves could adjust the authorizations, you would be helped a lot. Optimally, this should be done without administrative rights and only for directories that fall under their responsibility – comprehensible and transparent.
